It's great for a very intense orgasm very quickly. I use it for foreplay and afterplay on myself. I put a slick lube like Wet on it, and turn it on the low setting. This usually will give me the most intense orgasm if I want to do the job quickly or just make me scream and shake; something I was not able to do without this toy. I like to force myself to hold it in place for a screaming orgasm. Seeing this on Sex and the City is why I thought it would be a whole lot of fun

It is famous, reliable, effective but so outdated. The design is right out of a 1970's kitchen appliance catalog and the leatherette finish on the head is reminiscent of a gear shift from the same period. OK its a muscle massager not a masturbation toy by design but unless you need warp power to get off, need a toy that is so straight looking no one that sees it will think you masturbate, or are just a 70's fan, look for something more refined and modern.

AMAZING!!!!!! I love this wand. My husband bought this as a surprise for our honeymoon & the orgasms I have had with this are MINDBLOWING.
