Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 10 days but realistically this is much quicker. If their is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via Business Post International.

The package comes in an unmarked box for your own privacy. Shipment cost depending on weight and destination.

Return Policy

Hanging / Canceling Your Order may occur at anytime prior to shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns will only be accepted in the case of an error on the part sex-shop-toys. If there is a problem with anything you have purchased from us, please send us email and we will fix it as quickly as possible.
